Menopause is a process. There’s no going around it, there’s only going through it. And we’re all going to go through it. Think of it like an arc or a “rainbow” of sorts. It has a beginning, middle, and an end. The beginning “Perimenopause” is when fertility slowly declines and hormone production decreases. Declining hormones cause many menopause symptoms you may be familiar with like hot flashes, night sweats, weight gain, irregular periods as well as depression, anxiety, foggy thinking, insomnia, moodswings, thinning hair, loss of libido…the list goes on and on. The middle “Menopause” itself only happens once. It officially occurs one-year after your last period. The end “Postmenopause” is the glorious time when you truly come into your own. A mature woman is a work of art crafted by her experiences and her own inner resources. This is your opportunity to refashion your purpose in life.

I challenge you to embrace your menopause experience as a whole and develop an understanding of the entire arc of this life transition. This journey brings gifts at each stage. There are treasures for us to discover at every point, opportunities that can be found now that aren’t available to us at any other time in our life. It’s up to us each one of us to find these treasures, seize the opportunities to grow and expand, and discover the value in the life stage we are in right now.

During this transition it’s important to remember that you are not a “victim” of menopause and it’s certainly not a “disease” or a disorder that requires a visit to the Doctor and prescription medication for treatment, as many would have you believe. It’s a passage in every woman’s life that takes place over a period of time. Each one of us is unique and what we will each experience during our transition is likewise unique. Menopause is one of those instances where what’s easiest and natural is also best. I recommend and encourage you to include a daily all-natural herbal supplement that’s a “full-spectrum” blend, so it will alleviate a broad range of menopause symptoms. I also challenge you to make needed changes in your diet. By supporting your health through good nutrition it will positively influence your hormonal balance – which is critical in managing your menopausal symptoms. Lastly, move your body! Even moderate exercise can have a positive impact on your menopause experience. Remember “a body in motion STAYS in motion.”

By adopting a few simple lifestyle changes you can take control of your menopause experience and actually enjoy it. Midlife is the time to gather our gifts, to reclaim the parts of ourselves that are stuck in the past. It’s time to let go of those old patterns that are not serving us well, and release them so that all our energies can flow in the same positive direction. It’s time to use our insight to become aware, our courage to be able to see, and our wisdom to take charge of our own menopause experience.

Child Medical health insurance is a new type of children’s health cover, providing an insurance coverage product that is distinctively targeted at children. Every benefit was cautiously chosen and created specifically for children allowing affordable private medical insurance and complete reassurance. Unlike many child products available on the market, Child sure is proud introducing specialist pediatric health cover, offering an extensive range of benefits via a large network of hospitals for the child’s growing needs. Some people obtain medical health insurance from their employer which is usually the smartest choice for those with children who require coverage for the whole family.

Children seem highly vulnerable to accidents and are ill more frequently than the average adult, which means you will definitely desire a good insurance policy that will cover them. Child life insurance coverage in this category comes at lower rates, and may enable parents to cover treatment in the event of illnesses or accidents, or burial costs in the event of sudden death. Additionally, it comes as term cover or whole child life insurance coverage cover.

New kinds of child life policies are being developed nowadays due to a spurt of development in the insurance sector. Statistics prove that many people have already bought child life policies for their children. Purchasers should, however, carefully examine the policy concerned before choosing it. As we understand life insurance coverage as being a fiscal instrument providing you with a financial cushion in the event of accident or death, its value for any newborn baby is doubtful. In the end, life insurance can be used by employees to create savings for his or her families in the event of injury, illness, unemployment, or sudden death. Such child life policies enable the surviving members of the family to continue to pursue their accustomed life-style after the death from the working member in the household. It does not seem very necessary when it comes to a newborn child, who’s not area of the workforce yet!

Therefore, many experts advise against purchasing child life policies because the face worth of the policy is low. Term child life policies for newborns are also for sale, and are directed at achieving specific goals, for example setting aside enough funds to cover a college education. However, further education plans are located to be better financial instruments. Experts also suggest that more money is spent to insure children without achieving any success. They advise parents to purchase more insurance on their own, thus getting an instantaneous tax benefit, and purchasing further education plans for his or her children. Now-a-days it has become important to insure a child against health problems so as maintain your finance.

Most of the pregnant women today are multi-tasking personalities who undergo a lot of physical stress and mental strain all of which finally culminates into a long and arduous process of childbirth causing a severe erosion of one’s strength and stamina. Under such circumstances, the practice of yoga for pregnant women not only leads to the discovery of personal pleasures of life through spirituality but also helps to undergo the associated strain with calmness and confidence.

Being a traditional form of exercise, yoga for pregnant women reduces the mental stress and physical agony associated with childbirth by helping the expecting mother to discover and build up her inherent strength and stamina gradually over a period of the entire pregnancy. Some of the yogic postures which should be performed on a daily basis as a part of the program of yoga for pregnant women are yoga ana, Varian, padmasana, sukhasana and shavasana. These are basic asanas which entail the minimum of stretching and form a part of beginner’s yoga for pregnant women since they are meant for being performed during the first 2-3 months. Regular practice of these asanas not only tend to relax the body but also prevent the stomach muscles from getting stretched thus protecting the baby from suffering any kind of physical damage.

The pranayama which fits well your pregnancy is the regular practice of breathing exercises in form of mild kapalabhatti, anulom-vilom and bhramari pranayama. While kapalabhatti is practiced through fast breathing, anulom and vilom are performed by inhaling through one nostril and exhaling through the other and the repeating the process vice versa. Bhramari pranayama entails deep inhalation and exhalation by making a buzzing sound resembling the flight of the beetle from whom this asana gets its name.

Likewise, there are particular yogasanas which are performed at the onset of labor in order to assist in the delivery process. In fact, research has shown that during the first stage of labor women who perform standing yogic asanas and remain mobile in the process are the ones who generally experience the least pain during delivery and need not be injected with epidural anesthesia as well.

The yogasana which is widely recommended as well as performed for easy delivery is the shavasana or the corpse pose in which the practitioner needs to lie on the back with arms and legs stretched out, eyes closed and focus playing on all parts of the body. Practicing this asana during delivery promotes a sense of expansiveness and complete relaxation and instills within the practitioner the feeling of peace and calmness.
